Tisha Bremner, winner of Lewiston's Best Meditation and Yoga Teacher since 2014, E-RYT 500, Certified Yoga Therapist- Tisha is an energetic and enthusiastic yoga teacher who aims to combine a life-affirming yogic philosophy, intelligent alignment principles, and smart sequencing into her classes. She has a positive, creative and down-to earth approach to yoga and life. In her classes, she develops a clear vision, invites students to explore refined alignment principles and sets the stage for a long-term, safe asana practice. Tisha was first introduced to yoga in 1990 through the tradition of Bhakti Yoga, where her passion was ignited! Her teaching style is influenced by Iyengar, Anusara and Vinyasa schools of yoga. She holds yoga teacher certifications from Deep Peace Yoga as well as YOGASpirit® Studios and is avid with continuing her exploration of the many facets of yoga by attending several advanced intensive workshops each year. She received her Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Certification in 2016 and is currently enrolled in a 500 hour yoga teacher training with Ame Wren at Boston School of Yoga.
She is a skilled teacher in the hatha and vinyasa yoga traditions, which in addition to teaching regular yoga classes includes: individual, private yoga sessions, yoga therapeutics, restorative and gentle yoga, and kids yoga.It is her greatest joy to teach and she loves sharing her energy and enthusiasm with groups of all ages.

Nancy has been in practice since 1995. She offers corporate and private psychotherapy in Lewiston, Maine. Nancy is an experienced yoga teacher, fitness class instructor, and healer, who aims to bring people to optimum wholeness and health. She holds a variety of advanced certifications which complement and inform her yoga and fitness teaching.
Nancy believes ‘Every Body’ contains within it the blueprint to be a vehicle of joy and has helped many people find better health and well-being through her practices.

Rachel is a 2006 graduate of the Central Maine School of Massage Therapy and has specialized training in Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping and Thai Yoga Bodywork. In 2019 Rachel completed a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at the Maine School of Yoga. Her knowledge of anatomy and massage therapy add a unique quality to her classes, creating a relaxing atmosphere that focuses on proper alignment and mindful movement.

Josslyn Jalbert: RYT 200

Josslyn teaches inspirational alignment based Hatha yoga classes in the Lewiston/Auburn area. She is passionate about sharing how the practice of yoga and meditation can help people achieve higher levels of inner connectedness, and how the movement of the body, with the breath can assist yoga students on turning inward to begin the journey of self-reflection. Josslyn believes that through the practice of yoga one can strengthen their mind and body, yielding greater self-compassion, acceptance, and patience. She values the opportunity to be of service, and graciously meets her students where they when they arrive on their mat. You can expect to be nurtured, empowered, safe, and guided into your own creative space in her classes.
Josslyn has a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She studied with Tisha Bremner at the Maine School of Yoga, as well as numerous other yoga teachers over the past six years, adding to her skills and passion for the teachings and the practice.
Christa Casey: RYT 200
Christa specializes in alignment based vinyasa flow yoga classes - blending precise alignment techniques with an empowering and spiritually uplifting philosophy. With warmth and humor, she teaches classes that are accessible and relatable for all levels of student experience. Her classes emphasize functional movement, with a focus on core strength, hip mobility and balance. Christa also incorporates seated breath work and meditation into her classes, prioritizing quality of breath over the shapes of the poses.
You can expect to sweat a little, breath a lot, and leave her class with a sense of mental clarity, while enjoying a practice that meets you where you are and brings you deeper into your practice.
